Personal interests:

My professional focus is to continually improve the operational health and safety within the power plant group. The economic operation of the plants as well as the promotion of the across-site knowledge exchange and the implementation of identified best practices in all sites is a further continuous focal point. The structure of the changes in connection with the new construction of Datteln 4 and the closure of Datteln 1 - 3 and Shamrock is a particularly current and interesting task. What is important for me in this process is that each of my employees is continuously obtaining more qualifications and skills appropriate to our company.

My hobbies:

Running, cycling and playing handball, preferably together with my family. The ideal starting point for these activities is where we live in Olfen (slogan: A good piece of Münsterland), in which we have felt at home since 2000.
